Grievance & Legal Notice
This document explains how users can submit complaints, privacy requests, legal notices and other grievances concerning Chit Circle.
1. GRIEVANCE CONTACT
Users may contact Chit Circle regarding account problems, privacy concerns, unauthorised access, misuse of personal information, suspected fraud, inappropriate content, technical issues, security concerns, Terms violations, legal notices and other Platform-related complaints.

2. HOW TO SUBMIT A COMPLAINT
Provide your name, registered mobile/email, group/chit identifier, relevant date/time, description, screenshots/documents, information identifying the relevant user/transaction and requested resolution where applicable.
Do not send passwords, PINs, OTPs, CVV numbers or other confidential authentication information.
3. ACCOUNT AND SECURITY COMPLAINTS
If an account is compromised, stop sharing credentials, change credentials where possible, contact Chit Circle promptly, and where money/fraud is involved contact the relevant bank/payment provider and appropriate law-enforcement authority without delay.
4. FINANCIAL DISPUTES BETWEEN USERS
Disputes concerning payment, contribution, default, payout, bidding, recovery, owner conduct, member conduct or other underlying chit obligations are generally disputes between the relevant participants/entities. Chit Circle is not automatically a party merely because the Platform was used.
5. FRAUD REPORTING
Report suspected fraud, impersonation, money laundering or unlawful activity to support@leenapps.com. Chit Circle may investigate and take measures including restriction, suspension, termination, record preservation and cooperation with lawful authorities.
6. PRIVACY GRIEVANCES
Privacy requests may be submitted to support@leenapps.com. Subject to applicable law, users may have rights relating to access, correction, deletion, consent withdrawal and grievances. Identity verification may be required.
7. RESPONSE AND RESOLUTION
Chit Circle will review legitimate complaints and respond according to applicable law and procedures. Investigation time may depend on complexity, information provided, third-party involvement, technical investigation, legal requirements and cooperation.

Legal notices should identify sender, contact details, nature/legal basis, relevant facts, requested relief, supporting documents and deadlines where applicable.
9. LAW ENFORCEMENT AND GOVERNMENT REQUESTS
Chit Circle may cooperate with law-enforcement agencies, courts, regulators and other lawful authorities where required or permitted by law, including providing information, preserving records or restricting access.
10. UNDERLYING CHIT DISPUTES
Chit Circle may provide Platform records where legally appropriate. Providing records does not mean Chit Circle accepts responsibility for the underlying financial transaction, guarantees user-supplied information, becomes a party to the chit or guarantees payment.
11. MISUSE OF GRIEVANCE PROCESS
Users must not submit knowingly false, fraudulent, malicious or abusive complaints. Appropriate action may be taken for misuse.
12. GOVERNING LAW
These procedures are interpreted in accordance with applicable laws of India. Nothing limits rights available under mandatory applicable law.
13. CHANGES
Chit Circle may update this document for changes in law, regulatory requirements, Platform functionality or internal procedures.
14. FINAL NOTICE
Chit Circle provides technology intended to help users organise and manage chit-related activities. The financial relationship remains between relevant participants. Chit Circle does not guarantee the conduct, solvency, payment, performance or financial outcome of any user or chit arrangement. Users should exercise appropriate care and independent due diligence.
